WE’VE GOT HISTORY

Woody’s Seafood Saloon began in St. John located in the United States Virgin Islands in 1994 and the second location seafood restaurant and bar opened in December 2021 in Charlotte, NC. The original is now a landmark Caribbean seafood bar and grill known globally for its laid back island vibe, specialty drinks, and great casual island fare. We have been recognized as one of the best island bars and restaurants by major Virgin Island and national publications.

THE FOOD INSPIRATION. Woody’s Seafood Saloon restaurant and bar has always been known for its incredible award-winning food. We try to put a Caribbean island twist on your typical seafood or bar food menu. Whether you are on the island or in Charlotte, we hope you taste the island flavors and try some of our crowd favorites: Shark Bites, Conch Fritters, Crab Cake Sliders, Coconut Shrimp, and our Famous Pasta Salad. In addition to our Caribbean Seafood restaurant offerings, our traditional bar fare is second to none! We serve up delicious customer blended 1/3 pound Angus burgers, chicken tenders, a full array of salads, and a variety of other bar favorites. Also, be sure to try our Woody’s Wings…we offer many housemate traditional and specialty sauces and rubs, and serve ’em up crispy!
